SERVEST CLEANING OPPORTUNITIES 2024
These tasks can include any one or further of Street Cleaning, mounding, Broad, Lane Flushing, corpse jilting and/ or caddy Deliveries and other general duties.
- Clean designated area/ roadways using a broom and shovel and place refuse in bags.
- Clean all lockers.
- Report all frequency relating to safety, outfit and injuries to platoon leaders.
- Begin waste concluding( including pavements) in same area, formerly road has been swept and gutted.
- Waste pick one side of the road first and also the other side, using applicable tools( bag and trolley); drawing all waste- 12 Clean one side at a time – don’t criss- cross roadways.
- Liaise with members of the public, service addicts and officers of other departments, icing prompt resolution of complaints and queries.
- Get acquainted with the designated area.
Mound all refuse bags and remove boxes.
Collect new/ relief lockers from central stores and load them on to the caddy delivery truck.
Make an entry into the caddy delivery register of all the scrap caddy journal figures.
Collect damaged scrap caddy( s) in exchange for the caddy being delivered and load them onto the delivery truck.
Duplication procedure until all refuse lockers listed for delivery are delivered.

And any other tasks as may be delegated by the director.
Minimum Conditions
✓ Grade 10
✓ Must be physically and mentally fit
✓ No criminal record
✓ Must be South African
Minimum Experience
✓ 0 to 12 months Cleaning Experience
demanded capabilities Knowledge
✓ Knowledge of applicable tools, outfit and procedures
