Job Description
Midas is looking for a General Worker To perform general storehouse duties similar as stock taking, binning, picking, packing, checking, moving stock, and icing that the storehouse is always clean.
Specific part liabilities
Crucial Performance pointers includes, but not limited to.
- Insure the binning of incoming wares and the loss of force from bulk to pick locales is performed as per standard operating procedures and conditions
insure new products are allocated with caddy position figures in the correct storehouse area - Insure lockers are streamlined and stock allocated to new caddy locales are reported to you superior and streamlined
help in loss functions - Insure all incoming goods are entered and checked as per company norms
Picking - Insure selecting of client and branch orders are being picked timorously to meet order cut off times
- Insure picking from bulk locales are only done as indispensable caddy when stock is depleted and not replenished in the selecting phase or when picking bulk orders to help the breakage of pack sizes
Carry out all reasonable and legal instruction relating to work given to you by your superior - Follow all applicable procedures to increase effective client satisfaction
help in stock take procedures - Insure housekeeping is done daily
Ensure double checks are done to maintain high situations of client satisfaction and to help loss of force - Insure set standard functional targets are achieved constantly.
Issue scanners to all drivers daily.
Bespeak out scanners on the electronic app.
Admit scanners back from drivers, check scanner for damage and book back into stock on the electronic app.
Report any damage to the administrator
Complete the diurnal scanner issue spreadsheet
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12, knowledge and Numeracy original
At least 3 Years in a storehouse and or logistics terrain-Desirable
reserves/ Motor/ Machine corridor knowledge, storehouse systems and procedures
Particular Attributes
Must be effective, accurate, focused and attention to detail
Must have numeracy and knowledge chops
tone- motivated and willing to go the redundant afar
Must be a platoon player
Physically fit
Honest and show integrity
